Certification & Traceability
In an agricultural world weakened by health crises and increasingly strained global markets, OvinAlp takes action. We have chosen a clear direction: transparency, rigor, and ethics. While some prioritize short-term profits over common sense and rules, OvinAlp stands out. OvinAlp reaffirms its commitment to sustainable development. This approach ensures longevity, innovation, and trust.

Complete traceability, from soil to bag
At OvinAlp, traceability and quality are not just regulatory requirements, they are a conviction. We apply a strict traceability process at every stage of the production chain.
- We rigorously select our raw materials according to an internal specification and EC Regulation 1069/2009.
- Sheep manure, the historical raw material of our fertilizers, comes exclusively from extensive farms certified “Agneau de Sisteron”. These farms are located within 80 km of the plant. Collection contracts ensure the origin and quality of the manure collected.
- We select our organic or mineral supplements for their agronomic qualities, analyze them, and store them in a sample library.
- Each batch of finished product is numbered, sampled, assessed, and archived for one year.
- Regular COFRAC analyses ensure sanitary quality, the absence of heavy metals, and the absence of pathogenic germs in our products.
We certify the strict absence of urban sludge, mud, sewage compost, or any other high-risk inputs to preserve soils and guarantee food safety.

An ethics rooted in substance
Our commitment to traceability is inseparable from our social responsibility. By providing clients and partners with clear and transparent information about the origin, composition, and quality of our products, we build a lasting relationship of trust.
Our quality culture is based on two requirements: agronomic performance and respect for people and the environment.
This principle is reflected in our technical choices, partnerships, and the constant will to improve what can be improved, in a spirit of rigor, progress, and fairness.
The OvinAlp commitment
Traceability, certification, transparency: three pillars that allow OvinAlp to establish its actions sustainably within responsible, high-performing, and future-oriented agriculture. We believe it is possible to fertilize differently, with rigor, ethics, and innovation.
